Alex Shnayder

Alex received his Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis on Legal Studies from Temple University. Alex is a recent graduate of Widener University School of Law, earning a Juris Doctorate. Having a passion for all things real estate related, he began his career in commercial leasing where he successfully negotiated over 75 store openings in just under three years. Shortly after this, Alex received his real estate salesperson's license, where he has received numerous accolades, including recently being named the Top Producer of his office, Philadelphia Magazine Five-star Realtor in 2010 and 2011. As a Realtor, Alex has been selected to be on the state Board of Directors, local Board of Directors and on various task forces for professional standards and practice. He was 2010 graduate of Bucks County Association of Realtors Leadership Institute. While working on his Juris Doctorate, Alex continued taking various real estate based electives including, land use, real estate transactions and landlord/tenant law. His graduation thesis paper was on landlord/tenant security deposits. He was a recent lecturer at the National Apartment Association national conference.
